Thank you for choosing NoteVault. We want to be clear about how billing, cancellations, and refunds work.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan is totally free and does not require payment.
2. Paid Subscriptions (Pro & Team)
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@notevault.app. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
3. Refunds
As Razorpay is our Merchant of Record, refunds are issued in accordance with Razorpay’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer laws. You may be eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase (EU/UK right of withdrawal) or if required by local laws. Outside of statutory requirements, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months, unused time, or downgraded plans. In exceptional cases (such as technical issues that prevented use of the Service), refunds may be granted at our discretion.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact hello@notevault.app with your account email and order details. We will review your request and, if eligible, coordinate with Razorpay to process the refund.
