Welcome to NoteVault ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our note & document management platform at notevault.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use NoteVault. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Plans & Subscriptions
NoteVault offers the following plans:
- Free: Core features with usage limits.
- Pro: $3 / month - advanced features and higher limits.
- Team: $99 / month - collaborative features for teams.
Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Razorpay). Subscriptions are recurring and will continue until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring billing.
4. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund - see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, to upload malware, or to infringe third-party rights. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in NoteVault (excluding your content) belong to us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the notes and documents you create.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoteVault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you operate from another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not prevent you from exercising local legal rights.
